Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost:

Free shipping on orders over $75, excludes any customs duty, applicable taxes and also excludes shipping of frame/ framesets and other bulky items.

Rates:

Small items (such as stems, bar tapes, etc.): $5 under order $75

Large items (such as seatpost, handle bars, etc.): $8 under order $75

Frames/ Framesets: the cost of delivery depends on the size, weight and value of your order. To find the exact cost of shipping for your order, simply add the items you want to your shopping cart, and the shipping cost will automatically update in your cart.

When will my orders be shipped?

We will ship out your order within two business days. However, the availability of your order items may have changed from when you purchased. If this is the case, we will email you to help you find an alternative.

We will provide tracking number once the order is shipped.
